Terms of Service
Flagin is currently in early access. Terms are subject to revision before general availability. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
Acceptance
By using Flagin, including the @flagin/sdk widget, the flagin-ingest API, or the flagin-board, you agree to these terms. If you are using Flagin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Permitted use
You may use Flagin to capture, triage, and resolve defects and feedback in software applications that you own or are authorized to operate. You may not use Flagin to capture data from applications without the consent of the application operator, or to capture data about individuals without a lawful basis for processing.
Your data
You own the Findings, evidence, and reporter data you submit to Flagin. By submitting data, you grant Agent Space LLC a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data for the purpose of operating the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle evidence and personal data.
Tenant responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Configuring DOM redaction appropriately before deploying the widget in applications that handle sensitive data
- Informing your users that the Flagin widget is present and may capture session data if they flag an issue
- Ensuring your use of Flagin is lawful in the jurisdictions where your users are located
- Keeping your API credentials confidential and rotating them if compromised
Service availability
Flagin is provided during early access on a best-effort basis. We do not make availability guarantees during this period. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Space LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Flagin. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless a longer retention is required by law. You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@flagin.app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
